Led the transformation of a historically print-focused publishing team and platform through a digital transformation, transitioning the print magazine to a digital format. Works daily with several teams to ensure company buy-in for the new publication and alignment on editorial and creative content strategy. Trains team on and helps create video, multimedia, and interactive elements for editorial content. Currently manages four direct reports.

Founder of a digital content agency and production company that works with an array of clients from Fortune 100 companies to local nonprofits. Serves as creative director and oversees contractor project management and client relations. Shows a comprehensive understanding of the creative process balanced with project organization from start to finish. 

Manages all video production and social media content for one of a 22-branch library system with 4 million yearly visitors. Oversees a group of 15 content creators across several locations and manages content flow. Grew digital reach from two million to 13 million across six social platforms – receiving local and national media coverage.

Joined the organization after a career in TV to build a new six-member media department consisting of graphic designers, videographers, and website developers. At the time, it was the first media department of that size at any addiction recovery company in the state. Led communications and marketing efforts to help break the stigma of addiction, a relatively new treatment at the time.

Created purposeful, accurate stories for on-air broadcasts, working both in front of and behind the camera in various reporting and anchoring roles. Served as a newsroom leader daily and trained new employees on camera and editing software. Won the third Emmy in the station’s 35+ year history for videography, editing, and overall storytelling.
